Thanks. It's the usual problem of the Ambos doing (whatever?) using digital on the ES-A channel. I'll lock out the channel when I get home.

Speaking of this stream, Over the next few days this stream's UHF and VHF high-band antennas will be taken down so I can do roof maintenance. VHF mid-band won't be affected. I'll post again when the antennas are back.

Ok. So will we not be able to hear ESA channel after this has occurred because I usually use this feed to listen to ESA 171?

ESA is a St John Ambulance frequency and it appears as though it's not dedicated to ESA use in the metro area. SJA use it for other purposes using digital modulation - which causes the noise on the stream.

Thanks to eBay, The VHF high band radio is now a Tait TM8200. This increases the number of channels I can scan on that band from 24 to 50.

How do you program those radios to the WAERN Channels?

Some updated photos. This is the ugly duckling Philips PRM8030 main 6AR stream radio:

And the 4 radios that are on the second stream:

The second fireground stream is now in summer mode, which means the 6AR/IP command channel is no longer on that stream.

Don't forget, I mirror the stream at higher quality on my own servers with a different URL. See the page at
