Fire Stations

Does each fire station have a mascot? Like a stray cat they feed or something? Or even a wombat?

I've been in two VFRS brigades... neither had a mascot.

pretty sure im going to go look for a stray cat/dog for ses melville now...

The storeman at work gets them from the cat haven in Shenton Park. He doesnt use them for mascots as he says they make excellent crayfish bait.
