Hi all all Perth station out at / 12 alarms in last 5 MINS in City??????
Perth 1st now back in Perth area from duncriag Stn.

It's the hot weather. Best way to find faulty smoke/temperature alarms is to have a 35C day

speaking of the fireies do they have any frequences higher then 78.Because i can't get it on my scanner.

Soory Doogues, the firies use VHF low band (66-88Mhz) almost exclusively.

What scanner do you have? Must be fairly old not to cover it.

Uniden SC230 Racing Scanner(Brought over the net from the states.Has 2500 channels exept bloody firies!!

Yep - the US models don't scan the fire frequencies here - you need the Australian model
