Yes I believe it is open to the public, as it was brought up at SES. I would think its' th 29th of July though, as at the moment there are a heap of smashed cars under guard for the Western Rescue.

I had a look in the white pages there's only a 1800 number but it is on Dundas Road, in the "Industrial" area of Forrestfield. It didn't have the street number on my joining instructions.

For those with Google Earth have a look at 31°58'33.51"S x 115°59'32.28"E - it shows the Training Centre. You can see the curved carpark in front of the office and training rooms (with a pinkish looking aircon on top), the BA training building just NW of the office, three towers in a line to the NE of the office, two green ponds (algae?) and a number of appliances near the office. The three black areas are the hot fire pads and the smaller L shaped building is the cafe/toilets from memory.

What course do you have?

It's got about 4 or 5 lecture rooms, plus a heap of open space, and then specialist area's for confined space, road accident rescue ( I believe it has it's own spot), The bat building and a number of others, oh and some big red trucks are usually there...should be enough space, though rather surprising you're on a course at the same time!
