Fire Alarm - Telstra ?

There's an evacuation alarm sounding somewhere close to me - I think it might be Telstra's Wellington Street Exchange.
Nope, wasn't the telephone exchange - it was the apartment building that's almost directly behind the exchange on Murray Street.
