ComCen relocation vehicle?

"ComCen relocation vehicle" just asked for a radio check to ComCen, haven't heard this before on the radio. Anyone know what this is about?
It will just be a vehicle they use to relocate to Belmont in the event Cockburn fails.
There is an exact replica of Cockburn comcen at Belmont.
