Mandurah Southern District Light Tanker
These are based at Herron, South of Mandurah and our brigade is City of Mandurah's only Volunteer Bushfire Brigade.
We have recently transferred into FESA Metropolitan Region from FESA South West Region.

Re: W.A Fire Appliances
They put them on years ago and nothing has been said about them. We just had the side striping and the unit name replaced on both vehicles, after being melted in the Lake Clifton Fire. Yet it never even touched the bigger "FIRE" letters. We couldn't believe it. [-o<

True, but i don't feel that a single shot needs an entire new thread.
Its not like it makes this page load time longer as its fill of pix, and these are WA Fire appliances

I find I don't realise just how big the ARFF tenders are until you put them next to another truck. Awesome pic AO

Re: W.A Fire Appliances
Not sure if you'd call this an appliance as such (no doubt someone will jump in and correct me in no time), but I'll throw it in anyway...
Chief Fire/Incident controller for City of Armadale/Kelmscott has a VE sedan, dual LED rear parcel lights (similar to unmarked police lights) on both left and right side of rear parcel shelf and an led visor unit. Two window mounted aerials (like police cars) with two larger aerials mounted on boot. Could easily be mistaken for an unmarked police car....
