Sorry just joined up and noticed this thread. From memory the Hino belongs to USAR (urban search and rescue) and is used to haul there gear around.

USAR has a couple of POD's about that can slip onto the back of the POD carrier which I think lives at Malaga.. (but the PODs live at the Training Academy? go figure!). Technically they can dump the back off the Osborne Park & Murdoch SET's and pick these up as well.

The Hino was probably an old Medium or Heavy Tanker - They certainly don't like throwing things away!

u never hear or see the pod carrier i wondered if they still had it wat is its callsign?

malaga must have a decent size station to have a pump,lt and 2.4 as well

yer damn straight they like keepin vehicles look how old the current medium tankers/2.4s are and the i.cv!!!!!!!!

Hey all,

Just out of interest a Fire fighter friend of mind told me that the LRV is
affectionately called (Pardon the pun here) the Lurrrve Mobile :-)
