The people in the Comms Centre in town can only go on what they've been told by the caller to 000. Not their fault if people cant accurately describe where a job is! This happens *all* of time time. Better to have someone sent, than no-one at all..

If you have a concern with turn-outs being incorrect go through your area manager and also let a member of the VCPAT (Volunteer Communications Project Action Team) know so they can also take action. If you don't know who your VCPAT member is, contact your Volunteer Association.

Fastlane is right - the folks there can only work on the info given.

yer true but if its the area like i said it wouldnt have been our area anyways,
i wasnt complainin i was just stating
