Listening to the SES.

Hi all, I need to know a few things, what are the SES repeater channels?
Which channels are the input channels, and which ones are the output?
What channels are used for simplex?
I asked the radcomms up at my unit, but they didn't know what they were.

I'm trying to program my scanner so that I can listen to the repeater in and out channels separately, but I don't know what they are.

This is the RX if you input these in you should be able to listen to the ses (im not part of ses but i dont think they use simplex of they did it would be the UHF CB Channels)

Thanks bogged, I was more after the TX frequencies, so that I can scan them when the vehicles are driving past, I get better reception - and I am attempting to direction-find them.

You can always ask us lot over at Comms Support :)

Channels 1-10 are the repeater frequencies. All have a -10.5mhz offset so a bit of math and you'll have the TX (repeater RX) to direction find on.

11-20 simplex. Frequencies for these are the same as the RX for 1-10 aka repeater output/TX.

Correct. They also are assigning us some VHF channels!

In addition, 6AR/6IP want us to announce our activations/deactivations. You'll hear me as Kalamunda SES PC2 mainly.
