FESA ON SES

Could i please have some help

I have heard FESA on the SES

They where using one on these;

466.8250 SES 9
466.9250 SES 10
467.1750 SES 5
467.2250 SES 6
467.4750 SES 7
467.7250 SES 8
468.6000 SES 1
468.6250 SES 2
468.6500 SES 3
468.6750 SES 4


are you able to tell me which one they use or any others, because i cant scan the 163 ones

I'm not quite sure what your question is however those are the output frequencies to the 10 different SES duplex channels programmed into the UHF handhelds that SES use, as well as the newer Tait/WAERN radios (those that are UHF/High band VHF).

If you have a listen after about 7pm on weeknights you may be able to hear some SES units training on some of the channels.

Hi Clarky. Firstly, FESA no longer exists, it is now DFES (the Department of Fire & Emergency Services). Secondly, what you are refering to is probably 6AR which is the DFES Communications Centre (ComCen). They communicate with all of the emergency services at various times so you may have heard them talking on an SES channel. As to which one, i couldn't tell you.
