Apparently the person was deceased prior to the fire which resulted in the discovery. It is not being treated as suspicious.

1651 DO beelair heading that way canningvale arrived making contact with prison guards
1655 one ceil fully involved request further pumps arrived

1701 DO Beeliar arrived and success arrived too
1704 Having trouble with comms throught concrete wall ch 96 1 prisoner with face burns and arms and other with smoke inhelation 2 men in BA with a charged 46mm

location was rail bridge over Canning River accessed via O'dell street.

Does anyone have any information regarding the incident that CFM Chittering responding to? Heard units from Lower / Upper Chittering and Bindoon might be turning out.

Hi Gohie, my understanding from what I've heard is a collection of small scrub fires started by the lightning.

2ND Alarm Scurb Bush Fire (at this stage will be upgraded shortly) - Called in by Maddington.

Update: Helitacs requested and Gosnells BFB mobilised. Fire is out of control and climbing hill area.

Location - Martin (Quarry x Rushton Rds)

Update 14:52 - Helitacs - 668 & 669 Mobile

Update 15:08 - Maddington advises that 2 Type 1 Helitacs are being mobilised. If fire breaches crest of hill 3rd Alarm will be called. Request 12.1 water tanker due to lack of water.

UPDATE 16:21 - Fire is contained not controlled. Helitacs have been stood down. Support enroute from DEC and Kalamunda BFB. (Still appears to be 2nd Alarn with no ICV).

It's what I heard. Gosnells turned out their 12.2 and shortly after that Jandakot 12.2 was mobilised.
