Some time ago Helitak posted the response for this question, hoping I haven't got it wrong. Zone 2A, is automatic air attack + Helitacs or Water Bombers depending on where it is, and 3 brigades/stations are sent to an incident no matter what, unless the SO says otherwise. BFB is usually mobilised as well.

Zone 2 and 2A is boundary in the metro hills and metro area for designated reserves etc.
What happens is that there is 3 stations/brigades called a DO and pending on time of day Air attack either being the Helicopters or Air Tractors. The first appliance is to give 6AR/IP a sitrep straight away and or the radio operator will prompt the OIC. It is a shame I can't reproduce the map here of the zone 2 and 2A either.

How did you hear about this? They've got BFB crews that are more than capable of assisting.
