A question for any ASA firies out there

I'm looking at applying for the next round of intakes for AirServices firies at Perth airport and i've checked out the ASA website and familar with what is required ie beep test, interviews etc. The question I have is that they make mention that you have to do 'physical testing' and 'functional testing'. Can any of you ASA guys out there expand on exactly what this is. I'm guessing its similar to the FRS entry but would like to know "exactly" what it is so I can train for it. I've emailed the ASA recruitment folks and they wont disclose what the testing is. Typical!
