Is roleystone joint membership? Ie; join BFS & VFRS? How does it work, Hold3n?

it dual registered meaning they have FRS capabilities and BFS capabilities.
they are all trained with both aspects of fire fighting.
we have BFS which has got a LT, 2.4 and FRS 2.4 with an additional LT for fire season.

I understand that, when you signed up as a member did you register for BFS/VFRS? or is it presumed you sign up for both?

i signed up as both for cadets. everyone gets a application form for BFS and FRS

So, do you guys turn out as both a BFS and a VFRS, or does that depend on the call?

The primary turnout appliance for fires within the Roleystone gazetted townsite is their FRS 2.4, The primary turnout appliance for fires outside the Roleystone gazetted townsite is the BFS 2.4.

The secondary turnout appliance for all fires within Roleystone district is the Light Tanker.

im classed as a junior fire fighter in other words cadet

i am legally allowd to go to burn offs and that but no firecall untill hopefully end of year after training

Oh, so a ESC Cadet or a Junior for Roleystone?

I thought you had completed your intro. courses and were an active responding member :lol:
