Just heard helitack 668 - 669 returning back to julimar fire... the plot thickens... the two fires would have to be very close to each other so it could be two fires that they are treated as one or it is one fire that was originally referred to as the Julimar fire but now is Called bindoon control...?

I'm assuming there are multiple SETs?

Only asking because one came past me under lights and sirens when I was on Reid Highway westbound, passing me around 12:55pm just before you go under Wanneroo Road. It appeared to be heading for the Freeway and then I lost sight of it after that.

You'd think that it'd have to be a different one, otherwise it was taking an interesting and circuitous route from Ossie Park ;)

I'm assuming there are multiple SETs?
One at Murdoch and other at Osbourne Park.

After it got stood down from the gas tank rollover it was redirected to something I didn't catch up Joondalup way so you probably spotted it coming back from its way to Bullsbrook

That explains it. I got onto Reid at Mirrabooka Ave and I saw it coming up behind me for quite some distance, before passing me just before going under Wanneroo Road. Coming from Bullsbrook way, that makes sense and the timing's about right.

Thanks for the info!

Spotted engines attending a mulch fire on the new section of Ocean Reef Rd where it now meets Alexander Drive. Mulch has just been applied to the wide centre island by the looks.
