yeah, but it doesn't sound like it's big - the radio traffic is pretty sane.

It was the sound of the sirens that alerted me

That's good if it's not too big... Darlington pagers haven't gone off yet *cross fingers*

I've heard appliances call in from Glen Forrest, Mt Helena, Parkerville, Sawyers Valley and Mundaring - I assume Stoneville are there too.

Just got back from the parkie incident, she was contained pretty quickly. Mt Helena 3.4U, Parkerville 3.4U, Stoneville LT1/2, Parkerville LT, Mundaring LT2, SawyersValley LT, Glen Forrest LT1/2 thats all I saw. Wind was relativly calm, however I dare say with the stags that are currently hiding that there will be some more re ignitions

I was at the Parky incident too...Helitak_670 what brigade are you? There were about 10 appliances there plus a trackscavator and the mundaring chief. Started by a stag that we must of driven past 100 times, and it was a full week since the fire started. Ohh and the food was great. I was in the Parkerville LT.
