Maybe something to do with the CLP lights and sirens heading east along Canning Hwy in Applecross at 430pm.

If it was the freo one it was going to Perth Fire station.

Last i heard Perth CLP had hyper extended and the crews were not sure about moving it and getting the crews down as they were worried about it collapsing
Hense that is why the FREO one whent fire call to assist in the removal of the crews who were stuck , Line rescue crews also attended
