Fire cheif, albany hwy is not closed. Confirmed road closures as I've just driven through there.

The road after conventry's the next road and then brookton Hwy who is blocked by ATM I think now. It's only blocked one way though as traffic is still coming from there. Pretty crazy though as you go 200meters up the road from brookton hwy you turn left go to the end of the street and you bypass the roadblock. Someone should alert them as cars were piling down that street.

Police have roads closed on the one next to coventry's and the next one over. Their is ALOT of traffic on albany hwy @ this time. The hills are raging on fire and you can see fire crews up in there.

Not to many people know that the roads after Brookton Hwy go threw...I to was amazed that I could get onto Brookton Hwy....but it was blocked off again out the front of the Collie & Sons store on Brookton Hwy.

The raods near coles have been closed most of the day as the fire was heading towards there & fast.St Johns evacted the clifton hills nursing home which is 1 street back from albany hwy

I said to the police at the road block near coventry's why dont you just block Albany hwy fron coles.

Dropped them off some drinks & chips
