Armadale Pump and LT responded to a 2 vehicle MVA - arrived code 6-6 at 21:49

Tonkin Hwy and Rowley Road, Forrestdale Lake.

Armadale reports 1 person trapped, using hydraulic equipment to extricate, 1 x code 90 at scene also. A
Ambulance on scene - requesting WAPOL.

Canning Vale Pump and LT and Armadale 2nd Pump and LT were heard also turning out.

DM Beelier enroute to incident - 22:07

Armadale 1st - reporting that Ambulance advised that Rescue 65 is enroute to this incident, Armadale 2nd is the ground controller on Channel 96 to liasie landing point etc. 22:10

Rescue 65 has landed on Tonkin Hwy - Crews from Armadale 1st etc assisting extrication of occupant to helicopter. 22:26

Chaplain arrived and making contact - 22:43

Rescue65 has arrived at RPH - 22:49

Armadale 1st advising - Armadale 2nd and Canning Vale no longer required at this incident. Armadale 1st will still be at the scene for a while - 22:55

There's a smell of smoke and a haze around Midland too - and it's a combination of burning bush and burning plastic smell. It's weird...

2nd alarm scrub just finishing up. Rockingham 1st, Hope Valley, Mandogalup Lt1&2&3.4, Kwinana South Lt1&2&4.4, Kwinana FRS Lt. DM
Crap Access. Loads of lay-flat. Loads of bogged appliances. Still a bogged loader there now. Near Kwinana Train Station.

Thanks Kwn. Went past it seeing the road blocked off at Price Parkway.

A OQ car was off at that same location last night searching the area - think it was OQ-101, trail bikes wreak havoc around that area almost every night.

2nd or 3rd Alarm scrub bush in Parmelia.

Challenger Avenue and Sutherland - Hope Valley reports two running fires not yet under control - Canning Vale 2.4 enroute. Channel 96.

Rockingham 1st Pump and LT are at the scene as well, from what I am hearing, all crews in mop up stage and do not require relief crews.

Just been past a house fire in Nollamara.Osborne park,Malaga units Western power and police there.House destroyed.

Hope Valley Pump and LT assisting in the evacuation of a 3 car Train just south of Kwinana Train Station (Bertram) due to an "incident" - 60 passengers approximatley being escorted by PTA and crew of Hope Valley up a steep hill to Cheltenham Loop. 20:45
