yeh its good that they practise on holdens though, to be honest holdens drivers can drive and holden vehicles can turn corners

From someone that isn't really into the rescue scene, it was a pretty good visit.

Watching them set up the 'crashes' and then watching the teams go to work was quite impressive.

Yeah the cops there were pretty cool. Got to see the TADIS ( I keep wanting to go TARDIS...spot the doctor who fan) and ARGUS in action! If you're down again in the AM, and you see a young casulty, call out Dougy, and if I respond then thats me and I'll come over and say Hi if I can

good to hear someone completed an extraction successfully!

Went down there this arvo... didn't stay long (stupid cold!)

Apart from the interesting displays of vehicle rescue it was the first time I've had a good look at the TE patrol cars. Pretty incredible the amount of stuff that's in the front of those cars... dunno how they stop all the cables getting tangled into one big mess!
