Scrub Fire - unknown alarm classification - Duncraig

From Main Roads website:

Entered: 29/10/2010 4:10:03 PM

SCRUB FIRE – MITCHELL FREEWAY, DUNCRAIG

Main Roads advises there is a scrub fire on the left verge of the Mitchell Freeway before Hepburn Avenue heading outbound/northbound.

Fire and Emergency Services are now on site attending to the fire.

Traffic is very heavy from Warwick Road on approach. Visibility is poor in the area due to smoke so drivers are asked to reduce their speed accordingly or use alternative exits from the freeway if possible.
