My Scanner is broken, is there any streams available other than the FESA Stream for this incident?

If I had a good antenna I would put my scanner up to my mobile if I was given a number but I only have a supplied antenna. Perhaps someone in more appropriate circumstances could volunteer.

As at 5:55 PM 3 January 2010 a bushfire EMERGENCY WARNING has been issued for people in Brigadoon. Homes in Joshua Mews, Boulonnais Dr, Caspian Way, Tabenian Way and Campersic Rd will be impacted by fire.
Event: Millendon Bushfire
Urgency: Immediate - Responsive action SHOULD be taken immediately
Severity: Extreme - Extraordinary threat to life or property
Certainty: Observed
Effective from: 06 09 PM, Sunday 3 January, 2010,
Instructions: Unless you and your property are prepared for the onset of a bushfire, your best option for survival is away from the fire. If the way is clear, leave for your place now and take your bushfire survival kit with you. Relocating at the last minute is deadly.
A relocation point is set up at State Equestrian Centre Roads have been closed including Cathedral Rd, Haddrill Rd and Hardwick Rd at Campersic Rd.

Air Attack advises it must be at perth airport by 1943. Departing Millendon 1930 at latest. Bombers must land by same time.
