The openning of Ellenbrook will be a god send to a lot of the Swan Brigades during summer due to the ESL boundary/metro fire district changing. Just means the FRS guys have to be there longer and it probably means less work for the swan chief as well due to the FRS being in charge in the new area.

No this was outside the shops on Wanneroo Rd around Church St, vehicle lost control and took out a power pole and landed into the shops sub power panels.

Drivers stupidity = ~5 food business's and fuel without power for the night.

Few fires today, One down at Jarradale/Byford, Stoneville, Midland, Lot of out of control burns.

Truck lost it's load Mitchell Freeway northbound between Vincent and Powis St. Perth 2nd, Perth 3rd, handful of ambulances. Traffic chaos...

The load was apparently batteries and the accident was between a car and two trucks.

I can confirm that Perth 2nd and 3rd attended the incident on the Mitchell freeway this afternoon. With DM Swan, Osborne Park and then Daglish 1st arriving to relieve the Perth Pumps after 18:00 for HAZMAT reduction.

Update:
18:50 - FLO arrived.
18:55 - Perth 2nd reporting that there were approx. 150-200(?) car batteries with 50L worth of leaked acid.
19:20 - Perth 2nd released from incident.
