Guys just heard on the FESA channel - Fire in some cafe in the Perth CBD - Perth 1st and 2nd along with Perth LRV in attendance - Code - 6-6 Electrical Fire.

Perth 2nd reporting electrical fire has been put out and ventilating....

Aparantley the cafe is Contie's??? Not sure where that is...

you mean Connies Cafe there in Adelaide Tce.It's a popular cafe too.

Perth 1st requesting Western Power attend, cables hanging dangerously with live voltage...

6AR advising crews that Western Power is attending P2 - from Scarborough - ETA - 20mins

Well mate from what i can tell - 3 crews there - Perth 1st and 2nd - and an LRV

Western Power coming (CONFIRMED) - P2 priority from Scarborough - ETA was 20 mins - but it should be 5 minutes now till its there.....

Western Power at the scene - Perth 2nd standing by still at the scene - ready for other calls but will remain there just in case - LRV has returned to station. Perth 1st still there.

is WAPOL there.can't be to seroius if WAPOL aren't there.

Not sure doogues - sorry - But am sure i did hear a GC-111 book off at a cafe - the first bit broke off - and only hear cafe - so who knows mate...

Bit like the major gas leak that time in the city, couldnt have been to serious seeing as it took em (wapol) so long to get their!!!

Just another note here, but P2 terminology does not exist outside WAPOL! Yes, it IS a pet peeve of mine.. Prime example is SJA's definition of P2.. nothing like WAPOLs. :twisted:

For those that are interested, Perth LRV = Line Rescue Vehicle.. Toyota Landcruiser. They dont get much work, so I suppose they tag along now and then for something to do.. :lol:
