Rocky 1st + Baldivis Crew at truck fire on fifty rd. (Baldivis Lt 1 + 2, i think i heard 4.4 and another unit 9.2 i THINK)
Trees on the back off the truck fully engulfed-now started scrub fire
Wapol on the way as cars ignoring fire crews to stop.
Update: Large Hay Bales on the back off the semi trailer not trees as first thought,

at approx. 1:00am this morning i was driving along leach highway in Melville/Willage when i came across a WALL OF FIRE stretching across all three lanes and the median strip... Some absolute idiots lit a petrol bomb on the road and placed 3 clumps of rubber (maybe tires) in the middle of each lane...
I called 000 and informed them about it.. I just wanted to say big thumbs up to the Murdoch crew as it only took them about 4mins to turn out in total... I felt a bit bad because when they had arrived it had actually burnt its self out and i felt like i had wasted their time.. However they didnt mind because 'thats what they are there for' as one of them said... better to be safe than sorry i guess... it seemed much worse when i got there as it was literally a wall of flames.

People call me an "Egotistic Jackass"... I prefer the term "Confident Donkey" --->Donks for short

Definitely a water problem. Once we had the relay set up, it worked quite well. Took a fair amount of water to put it out. We managed to save the cab, that was the priority. Cant say as much for the trailer tho.4353 wrote:Smithy: Cheers for the update bit of a water problem i believe out there, did they save the cab at all or did the truck go fully involved.
