Second Alarm has been called by Rockingham 1st - Rocky 2nd enroute to back up - at Old Mandurah Rd (didnt hear exact location)

sorry, im a noobie to this. what defines the 1st, 2nd and 3rd alarms?

hop overs reported at rockingham incident by rocky 1st. possibly requesting air supp.

The alarm classification is made by the officer in charge. Think of it in this way - 2nd alarm means two stations (2 pumps and light tankers) turn out, 3rd alarm 3 stations etc.
