Crash was unmarked Police station wagon v civilian truck. 2 officers in Police vehicle. One officer minor injuries, discharged from hospital. Other officer undergoing surgery for radial fractures in arm, also with lacerations and abrasions. Truck driver uninjured.
The Police vehicle involved was a secondary vehicle in a pursuit which continued for a short time. It was the third vehicle through the intersection behind the VOI and lead pursuit vehicle.
Will be on all the TV news broadcasts tonight.

Glad they caught those three from the skyline, lock 'em up n throw the key away, our boys n girls in blue don't deserve to get hurt because of the stupidity of people like that. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to the officers involved.

Arc it up - awesome. Maybe the driver thought he was in an F111 doing a dump and burn that went horribly wrong.

Wow. I think it's going to be late. I've been in a burning train on the Geelong line. Not Express fortunately.
