Gday Rockjet,
The frequencies I quoted earlier where from this following search. http://web.acma.gov.au/pls/radcom/assig ... &pOFFSET=0
As you can see there arent really any others there that you could attribute to FESA. Perhaps this time of year there just aint much going on. Hopefully there is someone that can add something more for ya.
Cheers

I can also confirm that SES channel 2 is a repeater channel, and it is also used by the police, as that was our warning when I went to Geraldton for the flooding in 2006.

Rockjet, i had the same troubles when i was in Dongara, i scanned the fesa range and didnt pick up anything the whole 2 weeks i was up there. I spend a lot of time up there, so if you find out what the frequency is, please let me know. Thanks :)

I'm updating my scanner next week to the UBC92XLT so will have more options of picking up freq here in Gero. At the moment I've got a little 10 channel bearcat programable. Will let you know once I start picking up freq 8)
