Yep, Success have moved out of the Cockburn Emergency Services Complex and into their new station and become Cockburn CFRS.

Is there an online reference for the 6 figure coordinate system being used by Air Intel?

It's likely the MGRS, the Military Grid Reference System. A six figure grid allows one to identify a position to within 100m within a 100x100km box.
