New Community TV Licence (Ch 31)

Thanks to Blinky for posting this link in another thread. A new licence has been issued for trial period for a community broadcaster, replacing the previous Access 31.

A freshly issued analogue TV license, thereby almost guaranteeing nobody will watch it. Way to go ACMA! :smt017
