From viewing that scenario it is clear why Transit Officers should carry pepper spray. As soon as redman turned it on he would have been sprayed!!

looks pretty light on actual tactics or self defence. Wouldn't that transit be on the floor with his head cracked in now?. the offender seem to have connected pretty well there. Was he not far enough away??
