They probably didn't have the sirens on, thought they might add it for effect, to give it that fake american feel.

That type of siren is from the older Sirenco kits. I know some of the WA Police VT cars had it... not sure how many (if any) have it these days.

Yeah I noticed it was a WAPOL siren. I think they have them in the cars with the VLB's.
