Excessive use of force for sure. You can't just taser her becasue she wouldn't get of the phone. Open the door and rip her out the car. The taser is used to * prevent injury to any person *. In the vid clip she didnt shows any signs of aggression or violence to the officers. Just being a bit** defying the officers.
