WA Police Virtual Tours

Post by Zebedee »

The WA Police website now has virtual tours of some of their places and assets...

http://www.police.wa.gov.au/WAPoliceOnl ... fault.aspx

So far there's the academy parade ground, inside the helicopter, inside and outside a fixed wing plane, the media conference room and a couple from the scenario village at the academy...

They work, but Firefox wants Quicktime installed.

That's a shame. I wouldn't have expected a 404 though.

Get 404 if attempting to open in a new window or a new tab
Works if allowed to open a window with the parameters defined in the code

ie 'toolbar=no,location=no,status=no,menubar=no,resizable=no,width=600,height=620'

Also doesn't seem to work at all (ie links inactive) if the virtual tours page is opened in a new tab.
