i am disgusted that a cop is may be getting disilpined over video
i am sure that some of the footage on youtube is from other cops.
its (in my mind) like The force or HWP theres cameras shooting what the cops do
so why cant cops video themselve doing there job and protecting us
it would be different if there minipulating people in there job or the offenders

i want to hear what the warsug community has to say or and law documents about it

Well it isn't WA Police for a start. But yes reading that it seems it wasn't the cop that uploaded, but he did distribute internally.

Shame he will get the wrap for someone else's decision to upload, and hopefully the reviewing board will see that and not be harsh.

Would also come down to whether or not the camera was a Police authorised fitting, if it wasn't then there would be trouble for the officer.

Definitely don't think he should be charged! I enjoyed that video for starters. You get a lot of hoons and offenders videotaping their crime, it's about time we see more of the cops doing it themselves outside of reality TV shows like The Force. I don't think they will end up charging him, they may put him on a desk job for a month or so but really, he hasn't done anything wrong
