as far as i could see they were running windows xp sp2, as for hardware i would assume either a laptop hidden somewhere or a custom mini-itx based system.

The TADIS system, I'm told, is a Windows backend with software running for the usual software for the person/rego checks/jobs etc.

Hardware wise I can't comment. Is it Motorola gear? Has the Motorola labels on the ones that I've seen.
"VKI, NJ050 will you be attending the job?"
"Negative VKI, my desk is bolted to the floor".

TADIS. -Motorola touchscreen monitor and keyboard. a rather small computer hard drive mounted under passenger seat. runs Windows XP.

great system that needs a lot of upgrades. takes its time starting up and regularly boots the user out which is a pain in the a..
