Hi Everyone, Just wanted to know what cad is?I've been hearing officers ask vki to take them off cad what does it mean.Regards.Doogues71.P.S.This website rocks!!Keep up the great work!Found it to be very useful.

Don't know for certain but I'd say it stands for Computer Aided Dispatch.

It's a generic term that refers to a computer job dispatch system like the police use. These days most taxi companies and couriers also use CAD.

So being taken off CAD means that the computer will no longer list them as being in the area and available for tasking (jobs).
