I keep on hearing 327 on the scanner but i dont no what is stands for i no there is Contact your office but that isnt right can someone help me

I think it stands for duress alarm like for house alarms if the owner is in trouble they can hit a panic button which alerts the police.But of course 90% of them are false alarms.

101/201/301 is holdup alarm
227/327/427 is business alarm
330/430 is residential alarm
233/333 is duress alarm
1/2/3/4 depend on category or nature of urgency

lol.
there was this one time the cleaner hit the alarm at KFC
anyway they took like 25 minutes to get there, you would hate it if they didnt accidently hit it
