Drove behind the new TE209 for a few hundred metres this morning. It is a brand new FG Falcon (1DBN***). Still blue and still with the non standard livery (although slightly different to its predecesor), this car looks great.

Unfortunately was dropping the kids at school so no camera on hand. Soooo... the race is on. Who will be the first to post up pics of this new beauty in the wild...

No joke, I snapped a pic of this and will post as soon as I can - It was doing a traffic stop right outside Qantas on William Street and Hay Street.

So I will post up soon, may be delayed.

TE209 is a FG but that same car previously wore the DROP5 plates.

For some reason it has newly issued plates on it.

It was replaced a few months back.

"DROP5" Plates were stolen when it went on a Regional Patrol around WA (from the rear of a Police Station would you believe!). The plates are on order to be re-made...

CC 8)

P.S. You won't see this vehicle around for a while. Was involved in a pursuit with a 4WD and it came off second best - 4WD reversed onto the bonnet of the vehicle.

It's out of the shop now. I just saw it on news footage escorting the first cars down the new Perth - Bunbury Highway.
