and CPQ, you know they'll never send anyone out without OSTTU training first and basic knowledge of the law, all that takes more than 3 months, even if it was for hands on experience, still gotta know what, when and how to do things and i asked a sergeant there and he laughed his head off, NO CHANCE! that's what 18 months probation is for.

most of the townhouses on Lakeside drive are 'share houses' for students.. mainly ECU students... but there would be heaps of rooms. few people in my squad moved into them but beware some of the housemates arent always desirable people to live with.... just a word of warning..

Got my physical assessment this coming Monday.
Going to be doing the Agility test a fair amount of times this week to nail it.

Hey warrior, how did you go with your fitness test?

The begining of winter has not treated me well..
I woke up feeling a little worse for wear but thought it was just nerves.

Started well with the beep test then started coughing like all crazy at about level 7 and had to stop because I couldn't breath properly :/

Then went on to do the rest and pass the agility course.
By this morning I have a noticable weeze and cough and scratch in my throat.
So have to go back once I get healthy again..


Just a bit of a pain since first time I went I failed the Agility test and now this time I passed the agility test but failed the beep test.

Oh no warrior, you must be so annoyed and frustrated. But at least you know that all your training has paid off and you can now do the agility. Be confident you'll do it next time. Just try to get a new date soon. I'm still waiting to hear being in the pool sucks.

First timer here, but i'll be doing my fitness test on monday the 20th. Fingers cross. Can anyone here could share some tips on how to pass all the test, please. Thanks to all.

xchyler few tips I can give are :

Make sure you have practiced the beep test and also the Agility test. Especially with the Agility test a lot of it is about technique.
Stay hydrated before hand, it obviously can be a bit difficult being at 9am.
Wear proper shoes. I saw some guy with skate shoes on last time I went :/

Apart from all that just give it your best, just remember it's a maximum effort test so even once you pass your beep test requirement keep going for as long as you can.

Warrior; Thanks for your advice. Just had my fitness test, I passed my beep test but not the agility test. Need to practice more. Have you done yours warrior?
