I spotted TQ203 in a carpark near Claisebrook station this morning and subsequently had a chat to the 2 officers. TQ is indeed the new callsign for Rail Unit vehicles and, as singkenten said, was recently introduced to set them apart from the rest of the ROG fleet. Not sure about the number format, but given the vehicle i saw was 203, and Doc saw 202, it does make sense.

As requested by HL-101, an HTML version of the spreadsheet, uploaded to mediafire.

Note: This doesn't include the Kwinana, Rockingham & Rail Unit update. It also does not include pictures.

If there are any updates or errors, post away and I'll correct them.

Hi CC. My list has OV201 as being Mundijong Traffic. I would expect Peel District Traffic to have the callsign AO2**.

OR104 (falcon ute with pod) now has rear LEDs on rear of pod instead of previous type. 100% better. Can see them from miles away!
