country freq

Hi guys I have the freq list. But is there any wapol freq that you guys can reccomend that a normal handheld scanner south of Perth might be able to pick up?

I would say your best bet is to go with the ones off the country freqs list but i can tell you that down here around Kwinana i regularly pick up 468.100 on an indoor antenna (from memory this one is in Jarrahdale), so give that one a go for starters.

Tonight we have some lifting around and currently Jurien, Bunbury, Manjimup, Geraldton are all coming in quite well!

Im picking up conversations on 468.4500. I think its from the Moora area

I think that is the Wheatbelt IMU.I was up Lancerlin this week.I heard the persuit around Moora to Gingin rd area.Stolen mitsi 380 ended up rolling into padock.Driver servived.Maybe they can rehabilitat this poor kid in a week?

I was picking up Geraldton police last night.Also geting Bunbury today.Not bad i think from Tuatrhill.Anyone else getting any country police?

There's good conditions on VHF and UHF last night and today. I was getting into Busselton with a 3w hand-held. Others have been getting Geraldton to Albany with mobile gear. I just got into Cataby on 1.5w as well.

I was picking up a foxtrot charlie car on 467.900.Would that have been a Carnarvon car ?Also picking up Cataby,Moora last night.
