Yeah mate have picking up VKI for past 3 hrs now on 468.225 :)

have been hearing VKI on 468.975 for a short while tonight.

anyone know why this is? and why i can only hear VKI?

I'm guessing you can only hear VKI because the cars only have digital :-) The question is, why is VKI on analogue. I know they had techs working on one site (21 I think) and they were using the freq to discuss what-ever problem they had. Maybe repeater maintenance? Or they're just taunting us on purpose.

That they are - because they know that even after all these weeks we are STILL scanning those silent channels in the faint hope......

Keep scanning 'Cat' cause they do pop up every now and then! Alternatively put up a larger antenna and listen to the Country Cops on Channels such as 11 & 55... Lots of exciting stuff can be heard on these still!
