WA Radio Scanner Users' Group

Sorry if this has been asked before and very new to Warsug so please be gentle. Can you get a variety of frequencies to listen to on the net on Winamp?? I can pick up all kinds of USA frequencies but can't find any local WA (AUS) frequencies......stupid question? or can someone point me in the right direction, and yep your right I do not have a hand/ set top scanner....sorry.
