Red light camera double dip?

Post by yorky »

Just a question that popped into my head after watching the rail crossing red light video, if you get pinged through a red light camera AND an officer sees you run it and subsequently gives you a ticket. I'm guessing you would still get the camera ticket in the mail as well but would you have to pay for the same offense twice?

Also speed camera's now that I think about it...
"VKI, NJ050 will you be attending the job?"
"Negative VKI, my desk is bolted to the floor".

Absolutely not. Would not stick in court. You do one crime you get one punishment.
