Edit) Polair is presently at 2000 ft over the city and may get clearence to decent to 1500 due to cloud, also 2 TV Choppers over City at 1500 ft.... 0940

Just spotted 1 min ago - Polair at high altitude hovering above swan facing Kings Park and 2 News Chopper at Lower altitude...

God, talk about busy network.. special ops goin nuts..

Central park was being hammered all night, 260+ radio's logged on to the one site was one of the figures i saw. Polair all over the place, dropping into maylands after getin told to get outa the sky around 8ish pm.. then off again a short time later.

It was Hollywood in Perth. all the action movies with swat n heavily equipped law enforcing giants and under cover guys and girls all over the place and snippers.. she got the full treatment.. full tactical team. special op's, AFP.. the whole shebang.

Polair got a good old work out.

Poliar 61 departed Jandakot at 2041, ATC clearence to Kwinana at 2000 feet, then track to Canning dam at 4000 feet, still in the area at 2124, ATC advised to report leaving Canning dam for Mundairing dam when ready, 2125

Polair was doing night time winch training at canning dam.. but then later got called to shed some light on a rather large party in the southern suburbs.

After Canning dam rain set in and they were held east of the 21 flight path for 30 mins due to heavy departure traffic, landing back at Jandakot at around 2230,
