VKI system Failure

Hey All,

VKI has just reported a system Failure.
Whats this mean.
All Vechiles have to stand by...

Been off for about 5 - 10 mins now.
Comms are still up but.

VKI has AGAIN reported a system Problem

ALL COMPUTERS + ALL PHONES @ stations are unaccessible..

Whats going on?
DO the police have there own telecomunication network?
