Dispatch Officer

Is there any set protocol for Dispatch Officers, here in Gero we seem to have Snr Officer's on duty friday and saturday nights but what about the other shifts, does the officer have to be a certain rank or have experience before they are put in front of the two-way.

In perth the answer is 'no' both swarn and unswarn operators dispatch and call take, there are a mix of both, most of the swan officers are SNR Cons. and then you have the duty sgt and Inspector
