Arent these violations of the law because this person is rebroadcasting police communications?
I dare suggest youtube is full of rebroadcasts!! Why don't you call the police Night_Ryder?

For starters, I put this here because I thought people may be interested, considering this is what they enjoy doing and, secondly, how much of a whinging bitch would I sound like if I went to the cops and said there are people re broadcasting police communications on youtube? Besides what could they possibly do beside say that thats the reason we are switching to digital.

What can I say, a number of members on here are cops...and they haven't said or done anything. Yep I think you're right I think that they'd have lauged at you if you'd tried to report it. I think part of the reason they're going digital is stop the crims from listening in to what's going on while they're on the run. Now they won't know that a stinger is sitting at an intersection up ahead, or that their some cops coming round to meet him head on...until it's too late!
